The company, I had black tar on my carpet that was tracked in the house on someones shoes from their factory where they worked, I was going to replace my carpeting because the stains would not come out. Carolina Carpet Renewers came in and cleaned my carpets and there are no traces of the tar! I would highly recommend this company
